1. Definitions & Parties

In these terms and conditions, "be111", "we", or "platform" refers to the be111.lat website and all services operated under it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform or receiving its services.

"Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the platform. "Bet" or "betting" refers to any sports betting or casino game activity available on the platform. "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or incentive provided by be111.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use be111's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
• You must be a legal individual capable of managing financial transactions in your own name.
• The same person may not open more than one account.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3. Account Registration & Security

All information provided during account registration at be111 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. be111 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3.1 Password Protection

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. be111 will not be held responsible if the account is shared with a third party or misused. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If there is any change to the phone number, email, or payment details registered on the account, the member is responsible for updating them promptly. be111 is not liable for delays in transactions caused by outdated information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions at be111 will only be processed through approved payment methods. The currently supported methods are listed below:

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification. be111 may request identity verification or additional documents before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

be111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, and bonuses may be cancelled if these conditions are not followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is usable only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Meeting the relevant wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing a bonus.
• be111 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games and betting sections designated by be111.

6. VIP Program

be111's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. be111 reserves the right to determine and change VIP benefits and tier-advancement criteria at its own discretion. Accounts must remain active within a specified period to receive cashback.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be111 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Cheating, fraud, or using software or hacking tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or stealing their information.
• Any technical attack intended to damage be111's systems or servers.
• Operating an account on behalf of minors (under 21) or giving them access.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

be111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Voluntary closure at the user's own request.
• In the context of responsible gaming policy or a self-exclusion request.

9. Responsible Gaming
